TERM & CONDITIONS

  2. Market , this contract rate are valid for all market.
  3. Benefit , WE will Provide for welcome drink at the lobby ( Soft Drink ).
  4. Government Tax & Service Charge, the above rate inclusive government tax & service charge.
  5. Age policy: infant( 1–3 yo)are free of charge, children ( 4-10 yo) children rate and adult (10 and up) are adult rate.
  6. Booking ,travel agent shall made complete booking or reservation by email or phone ( WA, wechatt).
    Booking cancellation by travel agent within 1 day prior departure are 50% charge and on the date departure are fully charge, cancellation made by travel agent will not refund money.
  7. Currency, all payment by IDR (Indonesian Dolar Rupiah).
    Method pf payment: cash basis ( no credit facility).
  8. Insurance , All activity are covered by insurance in Bali Indah.
  9. Confidentiality , The contain of this contract are strictly confidential & may not be published to other party.
  10. Departure Time , all passenger should be arrive 30 minute before boarding. Boarding time at 08.00 am and departure time at 08.30.
  11. Guide & TL attend on the group will be free for 1 TL and 1 Guide at minimum 20 pax passenger , if the group member under 20 pax , TL 1 free , Guide will be charge on half price.
  12. FOC policy are 15 full paying pax and 1 FOC, for GIT will be 1 FOC for TL and GT. If under 15 pax only 1 TL free and TG will charge 50%.
  13. Risk , For safety and security reason, non waterproof personal belonging such as camera , watch and also jewelry are not allow bring during the water sport activities . CPR are not responsible for any lost that across and will levy any damage and consumption by guest .
  14. Guest Healthy , this activity is not suitable for: pregnant women, people with heart problem, people with respiratory problem, current have sinus problem, current has ear infection, epylespsy and people has claustrophobia problem.
  15. Bad Weather ,Citra Penida Rekreasi may have change all activity duringbad weather condition or force Majuro for safety reason.
